Brochureware
This is a very basic website that will not be updated frequently if at all and is not designed to be built upon. It is like taking a brochure and putting it online, hence the name. Ideal for startups looking for a web presence and first time website owners. Brochure sites are usually about five to ten pages built using HTML + CSS and can have Flash elements.

Flash Site
Very similar in size to the Brochure type of site but heavily animated and very interactive. They are usually intended for a younger target audience because they pack quite the punch and make a loud statement. Great way to deliver audio and video and really create an atmosphere.

PHP Site
If you have a load of information to display or plan on growing your web presence PHP is the way to go. It is like the Brochureware’s big brother and you have so many more options with this type of site, it is future proof. PHP sites are usually about five to ten pages built using PHP + CSS and can have Flash elements.

Content Management System (CMS)
Want to be self sufficient and create your own pages and update your own content well that is no problem. Using Wordpress which happens to be the software that powers this site I can create a webpage that you can login to and make any necessary changes and updates you need, it is simple and almost like emailing the content to your site.
